Home Care Pulse is an independent research firm that measures satisfaction rates with home care agencies in North America through feedback from clients and caregivers. For home care agencies to be eligible for these awards, 10 percent of their clients and caregivers are interviewed each month over a 12-month period. Satisfaction ratings are gathered for multiple areas including caregiver training, compassion of caregivers, communication, scheduling, client/ caregiver compatibility, and more.

About the Best of Home Care Provider of Choice Award
Assisting Hands of Preston Hollow has won the Home Care Provider of Choice Award every year since 2019 which makes 2023 the fifth consecutive year. This award is given to home care agencies who get high satisfaction ratings from their clients due to the high quality of home care services they provide. Recipients of this award have proven that they provide best-in-class home care and are among the most trustworthy in their industry.
Home care agencies are eligible for this award if they meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Provider for 6 consecutive months or more
- Must have OSAT score above 8.75
- At least 12 client surveys
- Have less than 15% of your clients on “Do Not Call” list during the year

About the Best of Home Care Employer of Choice Award
This is also the fifth consecutive year that Assisting Hands of Preston Hollow has earned the Best of Home Care Employer of Choice Award. Home care agencies that score high satisfaction ratings from their caregivers are given this award. Home Care Pulse interviews caregivers over the telephone to collect satisfaction ratings and determine the recipients of this award.
To qualify for this award, home care agencies must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Home Care Pulse Certified – Trusted Provider for 6 consecutive months or more
- Have an OSAT score above 8.75
- At least 12 employee surveys
- Have less than 15% of your employees on “Do Not Call” list during the year

About the Best of Home Care Leader in Experience Award
The Best of Home Care Leader in Experience award is the highest award given to a home care agency by Home Care Pulse. This award is given to home care agencies in the top 15% of those participating in the Home Care Pulse Experience Management Program based on high client and caregiver satisfaction ratings. Home care agencies who earn this award have shown that they provide quality care across every satisfaction category that Home Care Pulse measures.
Home care agencies must meet the following criteria to qualify for this award:
- OSAT score over 8.9
- Minimum of 2 completed client and 2 completed employee satisfaction surveys per month in the previous 12 months
- Earn Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice awards in same year
- Be a Home Care Pulse Trusted Provider for 12 consecutive months or more
